Overview
Water & Air teamed with another consultant to help prepare the Babcock Ranch Preserve Conceptual Management Plan for the State-acquired 89,000-acre working ranch in Lee and Charlotte Counties, Florida. The plan described the complex nature of the proposed management approach and detailed the responsibilities for the public-private partnership which included the Florida Forest Service, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Lee and Charlotte Counties, Babcock Ranch, Inc., and Babcock Ranch LLC.
